 -windows users have the most dependence on our installers
 -its not clear or discoverable how to work around the missing libs for a new user (the kind most likely to encounter this)

Hi Renato,

In order to use bzr-xmloutput with bzr.exe (Windows installer), you should install it using the windows installer provided, in which the missing modules are included. To get more info take a look to: http://bazaar-vcs.org/XMLOutput

Then you should install xmloutput using the windows installer provided, in which the SimpleXMLRPCServer module is included. To get more info take a look to: http://bazaar-vcs.org/XMLOutput
