bzr Upload plugin

needs a password flag

woudl be very useful if we had a -p command line parameter to pass in the password for the server so things can be scripted, also means you dont have to remember all the passwords when you work on many sites.

You can include a username and password in the upload url. e.g.:

bzr upload ftp://username:password@server/folder/

You can also put the username and password in the authentication.conf file. See http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/latest/en/user-reference/authentication-help.html
