How to clear the "recently opened" list in explorer

How do I clear the list of items in the "recently opened" tab, in explorer?

I think you need to delete the explorer history.dat.

For the windows client, this worked for me:
Click the "System Info" toolbar button.
In the Bazaar Configuration section, you will find the Settings folder.
Close Bazaar explorer.
Open the settings folder in explorer.
Navigate to the explorer sub folder.
Delete or Rename the history.dat file
Restart Bazaar explorer (Bazaar recreates the history.dat file)
