Reflections in the bar

I have seen some screen shots where the icons seem to have reflections of themselves below them.

I cannot seem to replicate this. Could someone help?

Open Dock Preferences, click on the "Bar Appearance" tab, and set the icon offset to a value > 0.

Setting 'Reflection Alfa Multiplier' option to 0.000 also works.
