I want to join development.

Hey everyone...

I'm a computer engineering student..I'm studying Data Structures using C language at college.
I would like to join Avant development. I don't have any experience with GUI programming, just console programming in C.

Please help me get started.

Hey, one usually doesn't get a "task" on the project - if there's something you don't like about AWN, and think you could improve it, just go ahead and do it. You can also start looking at the bugs filed on LP, pick some and provide a patch for them...

Of course if you decide to implement something new, you surely wouldn't like to end up doing it and not have it included in AWN in the end, so before you start implementing something big, you should stop by at AWN's IRC and have a chat with the other devs.
