Window selection transparency

In some screenshots of AWN I've seen, the window selection menu if you have multiple windows of the same application open is translucent or transparent. Yet this is what it looks like for me: http://i.imgur.com/CBSja.jpg

Open gconf-editor, and play with /apps/avant-window-navigator/theme/dialog_bg key.

Okay, now is there any way to change the text color?
