place of awn configuration files

After upgrading to awn 0.4 I have a problem configuring curved gui stacks (already reported it as a bug). Where can I find the awn configuration files to change the properties manually? I tried to find them at ~/.config/awn/applets/stacks but I only found some empty files and folders. I also used configuration editor, it has stored the configuration of the previous installation before upgrade.

The connection is that when I change the properties of the stack applet it crashes, so I'm trying to find a workaround.

But that crash report doesn't seem related, as it's for 0.3.2.1.

Anyway, settings are either in gconf (/apps/awn-applet-*; /apps/avant-window-navigator/*; /apps/instances/*) when using gconf-backend of libdesktop-agnostic or in ~/.config/desktop-agnostic/ when using keyfile backend.
