workspace switcher : switch with the scroll wheel

Hello,
this is a feature request : it would be nice to be able to switch between workspaces with the applet "workspace switcher" by scrolling with the scroll wheel (the middle button) of the mouse. This is possible in basic GNOME (without compiz) and it's a nice feature to switch quickly between workspaces.
