BIG Thank you for this wonderful application. Why don't you put it in the Ubuntu software center ? One has searched for good audio recorders for decades until I found it accidently. THANK YOU!

I know this isn't a place to say thank you or requesting feedback. Pardon me, I'm still getting used to launchpad.
Feature request: "Split on silence". split if (silence 5s).
"split" command itself should start a new recording session after the silence. This is very handy while recording from radio.

Hello again.
I looked more into the commands you provided in the Timer (Why did you hide the tab by default ?). With some tweaks here and there, I was able to achieve the same behavior as "Split" function. Not the same to be honest, but it should do the work.
